Our work falls into a handful of areas, most of which overlap in practice rather than sitting in tidy boxes.
Architecture and planning: turning a rough direction into a sequence of steps that can be started next quarter, including the parts that will be uncomfortable to fund.
Delivery support: hands on the work alongside your team for a fixed period, usually between four and twelve weeks, with a defined exit rather than an open-ended retainer.
Pricing depends on scope and is always given in writing before work begins.
