What began as a single office has grown into a distributed team across four time zones, still small enough that everyone knows the client's name.
Every member of the team spends part of the year on internal work — tooling, research, writing — because advice that stopped being tested three years ago is not worth paying for.
Independence is the thing we guard most carefully. We take no commission from vendors and hold no inventory of products to move.
We keep a deliberately small client list, so nobody is juggling six engagements at once. When we are at capacity we say so and give you a date rather than an apology.
